Who is our customer
Agora Microfinance Zambia Limited is an MFI established in 2011 that provides financial services to a predominantly rural clientele through small loans to individual entrepreneurs as well as village groups.
What is our funding objective?
Continuous education is seen as fundamental tool to bridge the gap between the workforce and the market as it helps to advance the skills of management teams and gear up for any kind of situation that they may face in the future. This project will contribute to the tuition costs of a leadership executive education training for Agora’s CEO.
Why do we fund this investment?
MASSIF seeks to support individual development in order to build cohesive skills as well as knowledge of local, regional, and global markets which will ensure effective leadership at those institutions receiving MASSIF financing.
