Who is our customer

Innoviti is one of the leading payment solution providers in India, enabling in-store payment acceptance for merchants and facilitating access to finance for consumers and merchants. The Company’s main offering is in-store payments processing for large enterprises. The company is currently expanding into the SME market segment as well and is adding a new BNPL product, where its technology enables banks, merchants, and consumer good brands to offer buyers the option to pay for their purchases in Equated Monthly Installments (“EMI”) over a period and offer promotions that increases the sales of the merchants.

What is our funding objective?

Innoviti is raising Series-D funding round to expand their products and services to a wider merchant base across country. This growth requires additional capital.

Why do we fund this investment?

The company is enabling digitization of payments in a country heavily reliant on cash transactions. Moreover, the company is expanding into MSME merchants segments with innovative products which will increase the sales for them. Innoviti will also enter Tier 3 to Tier 5 cities in India, which will help digitize payments in those cities.

What is the Environmental and Social categorization rationale?

Low E&S Risk. Innoviti is 'C' E&S risk investee.
