Maris Ltd is an industrial holding company with diversified interests spread across Africa.
What is our funding objective?
To allow Maris’s management to hire an international consultant to guide them on Environmental and Social policies and Business integrity practices.
Why do we fund this investment?
Armed with more knowledge on the implementation of an ESMS and better Business Integrity (BI) practices, Maris will be better equipped to take E&S aspects and BI into account in their deal structuring. At the same time, this Capacity Development project will generate new business insights that help Maris decision makers and senior staff steer the organization to a higher level of performance.
