Who is our customer
LOLC Micro Credit Limited (LOMC) is a long standing FMO client in Sri Lanka. LOMC is a microfinance company providing small leases for three-wheelers (and some two-wheelers and cars), tractors/light trucks and other agri-equipment. They also provide gold pawn loans and loans to women groups.
What is our funding objective?
The objective of this grant is the implementation of three different modules focused on building a five year strategic plan to nurture the LOMC talent pool and improvement of processes.
Why do we fund this investment?
The three modules help LOMC to position itself as a long-term partner for its clients and serve its clients (in rural areas) sustainably and efficiently.
