Who is our customer

Hoogerman Holding is the top holding company of Rompa Group. Rompa Group is a design, development and production company of plastic components for the packaging, domestic appliances and automotive industry. The head office of the company is located in Tilburg and the production factories are located in China and Czech Republic. The company originally was a family-owned company producing leather pouches. In 1960 the company switched to producing and supplying plastics for Phillips. In 2004 management bought the company from the family and transferred production to Czech Republic focusing on products for the automotive sector. From 2008 onwards the company opened production locations in China, first in Jiangmen to be followed by Shanghai and Chengdu.

What is our funding objective?

The Rompa Group will extend its production capacity in China; FMO's facility will be used to increase productivity in it’s Jiangmen factory.

Why do we fund this investment?

FMO's objective in financing this transaction is to support the creation of additional jobs and to contribute to economic growth in the region.
