FMO announces today the new composition of its Management Board.
Mr. Jurgen Rigterink (1964), currently working as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), will be appointed as Chief Risk & Finance Officer (CRFO). He will replace the current CRFO, Mr. Nico Pijl, who will retire as of January 1st, 2014. Mrs. Linda Broekhuizen will succeed Mr. Rigterink as CIO. The intended appointments will take place after informing the general meeting of shareholders and will be effective as of January 1st, 2014.
Jurgen Rigterink has been a member of the Management Board since October 1st, 2008. Before moving to FMO, he worked as Chairman of the Management Board and Country Executive at ABN AMRO Bank in Kazakhstan.
Linda Broekhuizen (1968) has been working for FMO since 2000. She is currently the Director Financial Institutions. Prior to this she was Manager of the Agribusiness, Food & Water department and Manager Sustainability Development.
Nico Pijl (1951) will retire after a career of more than 27 years within FMO. He has held several positions in the company.
