Who is our customer

Sanasa Development Bank Plc (SDB) is transforming from an NGO-type Micro Finance Institution (MFI) focused entity to an SME bank targeting the lower end of the market.

What is our funding objective?

The objective of the project is to perform a Client Protection Assessment against the seven principles of the Smart Campaign at SDB.

Why do we fund this investment?

This project is in line with FMO’s strategy to endorse good social practices. FMO endorses the Smart Campaign and requires its clients to adhere to this level of practices.
