Any complaint you may have that concerns projects financed by FMO are handled by an Independent Complaints Mechanism (ICM).

You are encouraged to speak up if you see any behavior related to FMO that violates any laws, regulations or FMOs policies or values.

FMO discloses information on investments on its website. Since 2017, we also disclose information on proposed investments. This gives stakeholders the opportunity to provide feedback.

FMO's Independent Complaints Mechanism

At FMO, we believe our investment process should be as inclusive and transparent as possible. Therefore we established an independent complaints mechanism. This mechanism allows any external party negatively affected by an FMO-financed operation, to launch a complaint related to human rights, environmental or social concerns.
